    【摘要】目的：探究手术室护理对剖宫产术后乳汁分泌时间及分泌量的影响。方法：回顾性分析68例剖宫产产妇临床资料，根据护理方案不同分为两组，各34例，一组常规护理(usual care)用“UC组”表示，一组手术室护理用(operating room nursing)用“ORN组”表示，观察两组护理效果。结果：ORN组术后乳汁分泌时间<24h产妇多于UC组，平均(28.25±9.49)h短于UC组(P<0.05)；产后乳汁分泌量24h、48h以及72h评分多于UC组(P<0.05)；乳房充盈度、舒适度、负面情绪、术后疼痛评分均低于UC组(P<0.05)，下床活动与子宫复旧时间均短于UC组(P<0.05)。结论：手术室护理对产妇术后乳汁分泌时间缩短、乳汁分泌量增多、乳房状况改善、康复质量与速度提高等存在积极影响。
