    【摘要】目的：评价子宫下段防波堤样缝合在多次剖宫产中的应用效果。方法：研究时间：2022年2月—2023年2月；研究对象：我院多次剖宫产产妇70例。信封法分为研讨组(n=35)、泛例组(n=35)。患者分为采取常规8字缝合的泛例组与子宫下段防波堤样缝合的研讨组。评价两种缝合方法术中止血效果。结果：研讨组出血量、手术时间与泛例组比较优势显著(P<0.05)。研讨组并发症率(宫腔积血、感染、失血性休克)与泛例组比较明显下降(P<0.05)。结论：子宫下段防波堤样缝合在多次剖宫产产妇中围术期手术止血效果好、疗效确切。

    【Abstract】Objective： To evaluate the effect of seawall suture in the lower segment of uterus in multiple caesarean sections. Methods： Study period： February 2022 to February 2023. Subjects： 70 cases of multiple cesarean section in our hospital. The envelope method is divided into the research group (n=35) and the generic group (n=35).
