    【摘要】目的：研究女性月经不调患者接受桃红四物汤治疗的临床疗效。方法：研究对象总计80例，时间在2020年12月—2022年8月之间，均患有月经不调，用单双号分组方法划分为对照组40例和观察组40例，前组在治疗过程中使用西药，后组在治疗过程中使用桃红四物汤，比较治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组心理状况评分和每月月经量均高于对照组，同时该组月经周期时间低于对照组(P<0.05)；该组临床总疗效97.50%相比对照组82.50%更高(P<0.05)；该组不良反应发生率2.50%相比对照组15.00%更低(P<0.05)。结论：使用桃红四物汤可以将女性月经不调治疗效果显著提升，患者不良反应更少，各项临床指标均有良好改善，值得普及。
