    【摘要】目的：探析有氧联合抗阻运动在肺癌術后化疗患者护理中的应用效果。方法：2021年12月—2022年12月，将72名肺癌术后化疗患者分为两组，均行常规护理，观察组另行有氧联合抗阻运动干预，对两组疲乏程度评分、睡眠质量评分以及生活质量评分进行对比分析。结果：与对照组比较，干预后观察组具有更低的疲乏感评分(P<0.05)，更低的睡眠质量评分(P<0.05)和更高的生活质量评分(P<0.05)。结论：有氧联合抗阻运动应用于肺癌术后化疗患者护理中能够有效减轻患者的疲乏症状，改善患者的睡眠质量，进而提升患者的生活质量，应用价值较高，可在临床中推广应用。
