    【摘要】目的：分析轮廓化鼻内镜手术治疗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻黏液纤毛清除功能的影响以及抗炎作用。方法：纳入2021年9月—2022年9月期间我院收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者190例进行观察，以抽签法随机分为对照组(n=95，功能性内镜下鼻窦手术)、观察组(n=95，轮廓化鼻内镜手术)，对比两组患者鼻黏液纤毛清除功能、抗炎效果以及鼻内镜LundKennedy评分。结果：术后，观察组糖精清除时间更短、黏液纤毛清除率以及清除速度高于对照组，两组患者炎症因子水平有所下降，观察组下降程度更为显著，鼻内镜Lund-Kennedy评分更低，组间对比存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的治疗中，轮廓化鼻内镜手术疗效更佳，患者鼻黏液纤毛清除功能有所提升，抗炎效果确切。
