    【摘要】目的：对处于非透析期慢性肾功能衰竭患者进行优质低蛋白饮食联合a-酮酸治疗并分析效果。方法：从2022年1月起开始筛选病例，至2023年3月共计43例非透析期慢性肾功能衰竭病人参与研究，以接受单纯药物进行基础治疗的21例为对照组，在基础治疗上采取优质低蛋白饮食联合a-酮酸治疗的22例为观察组，比较两组营养状态及肾功能水平。结果：观其营养状态，观察组在治疗后的HGB、ALB、Ca检测值显著高于对照组而P更低，差异显著(P<0.05)；观其肾脏功能，观察组在治疗后的Scr、BUN检测值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在基础治疗上采取优质低蛋白饮食联合a-酮酸治疗可改善非透析期慢性肾功能衰竭病人的营养不良问题，并能有效地保护其心脏功能，对肾衰病情的延缓有重要意义。
