    【摘要】目的：本文探讨分析vitapex糊剂在慢性根尖周炎治疗中近远期疗效对比。方法：选取2020年1月—2023年3月我科门诊患者，经诊断符合慢性根尖周炎诊断标准，总计62例，随机分为研究组与对照组，每组各31例，对照组采用樟脑酚治疗，研究组采用vitapex糊剂治疗，观察临床疗效、术后疼痛反应、复查情况。 结果：封药2周，研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组，轻度疼痛或者无明显疼痛患者多于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根充术后六个月，研究组患者治疗成功率略高于对照组，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：vitapex根管消毒在慢性根尖周炎治疗中的治疗效果更好，患者术后封药后疼痛反应及长期疗效均比较出色。因此vitapex糊剂临床效果更佳。
