    【摘要】目的：本文主要分析肥厚型心肌病患者进行心电图检查时的临床诊断表现特征。方法：从2022年4月—2023年4月我中心收治的肥厚型心肌病患者中选择20例，所有入组患者均实施分组对比研究，根据随机数字表法，将患者分为实验组与对照组，分别对患者实施心电图检查、超声心动图检查，以上组别入组患者均为10例，對上述诊断措施的实施效果进行评估，分析其阳性检出率、特异度、阳性预测值、准确性、阴性预测值、敏感度等指标状况。结果：实验组诊断阳性发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确性、敏感度均高于对照组(P>0.05)，且两组患者的准确性、敏感度之间存在显著差异，对比分析有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心电图检查实施价值高，可以显著提升肥厚型心肌病患者的疾病检出准确率，方便对后续疾病针对性治疗提供科学指导，更好的分析患者的实际情况，进而提高肥厚型心肌病患者的治疗及预后效果。
