    【摘要】目的：研究分析化脓性扁桃体炎治疗中给药阿奇霉素对该病治疗功效。方法：患化脓性扁桃体炎患儿在2022年5月—2022年10月接诊70例，设立组别对患儿做抽签分配，对照组应用青霉素，研究组应用阿奇霉素，疗效、安全性等分析。结果：症状消失时间、化脓性扁桃体炎并发症发病率、用药不良反应等，研究组给阿奇霉素后数据均偏低(P<0.05)，研究组在治疗后炎症因子数据有大幅度下降(P<0.05)。结论：治疗化脓性扁桃体炎，阿奇霉素使用效果、用药安全性等均良好，对于该病能够做到有效治疗，功效极佳。
