    【摘要】目的：观察拉贝洛尔，阿司匹林联合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)的效果。方法：选取100例HDP患者，均为我院2018年1月—2022年12月时间段内所收治，按抽签法做随机分组，分为对照组(单用拉贝洛尔治疗，50例)与干预组(拉贝洛尔+阿司匹林联合治疗，50例)，比较两组的用药疗效、血压指标水平、不良反应率、胎儿存活率、产后出血率。结果：与对照组比较，干预组用药的总有效率更高(P<0.05)，干预组治疗后的血压指标水平更低(P<0.05)，干预组的总不良反应率更低(P<0.05)，干预组的胎儿存活率更高(P<0.05)，干预组的产后出血率更低(P<0.05)。结论：拉贝洛尔，阿司匹林联合治疗HDP患者的效果显著，能有效地降低血压，减少不良反应，改善胎儿结局，值得推广应用。
