    【摘要】周围性面瘫是一种常见的神经系统疾病，常表现为额纹消失、鼻唇沟变浅、口角歪斜的症状，临床上，西药治疗周围性面瘫存在副作用大，有效率低，患者依从性较差等问题，中药治疗周围性面瘫具有安全性高、副作用少、患者依从性高等优点。牵正散为治风剂，是治疗口角歪斜的名方，具有祛风化痰、通络止痉等功效，本文从牵正散的组成，药理功效，以及对周围性面瘫的治疗效果等多个方面分析了牵正散对周围性面瘫的治疗所发挥的重要作用。旨在深入研究牵正散治疗周围性面瘫的新进展，以期为临床治疗周围性面瘫提供新的思路和依据。
