    【摘要】 目的：观察雷火灸联合颈椎康复操治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法：对120例神经根型颈椎病患者进行研究，以掷硬币法分为两组，每组60例。对照组单独以颈椎康复操治疗，研究组联合应用雷火灸和颈椎康复操治疗。观察临床效果。研究起止时间为2022年5月—2023年11月。结果：治疗效果比较，研究组更优(P<0.05)；中医证候积分比较，研究组更低(P<0.05)；研究组患者未出现烫伤、水泡以及皮肤发红、瘙痒等不良事件。结论：神经根型颈椎病患者应用雷火灸联合颈椎康复操治疗效果显著，有助于患者临床不适症状的缓解，同时安全性良好，可放心应用。
