    【摘要】2型糖尿病在中医学多数属于“消渴病”范畴，是一种常见的内分泌代谢性疾病。庞国明教授在深入研究中医理论知识的基础上，通过四十余年的临床实践，依据2型糖尿病不同的病理阶段和临床特征，重新审定了2型糖尿病的中医病名，深入研究其病因病机特点，创立了“辨病-辨证-辨体”三辨诊疗模式并以此为指导，对于辨证为痰浊中阻型的糖尿病患者，认为痰浊中阻是该病的始动因素，痰浊聚集中焦，气血津液难以正常输布，这是血糖升高和起病的重要环节，故以和中化痰降浊为治则，选用和中降浊调糖饮治疗，取得了显著的临床疗效，值得临床工作者和广大学者进行深入地探讨和研究。本文从2型糖尿病的病名、病因病机及专证专方进行论述，详述庞师的经验。
