    【摘要】商丘穴是足太阴脾经之经穴，其功效涉及脾胃、肺、肾等多系疾病，为临床常用穴位之一，对此穴位的深度剖析有助于临床疾病的治疗，但未见对此穴位的系统阐述。本文从古典医籍出发，结合现代医学研究，多方位、多层次的深入分析商丘穴之涵义，明晰商丘穴之位置，探究商丘穴之功用，追思商丘穴之治病原理，故而从“商丘之名”“商丘之位”“商丘之用”三个方面进行探讨，进而总结其在临床中之具体功用，以期使本经穴在临床使用中更加便捷，为医者临床治疗提供思路。

    【Abstract】Shangqiu acupoint is the meridian point of the foot tayin spleen meridian， its efficacy involves the spleen， stomach， lung， kidney and other diseases， and is one of the commonly used clinical acupoints.
