    【摘要】胃癌(gastric carcinoma，GC)是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，是我国第三大常见癌症死亡原因。胃癌的治疗是以外科为主的综合治疗，早期胃癌治愈率较高，然而我国早期胃癌占比低，发现时患者多为中晚期，单纯手术的疗效提升并不明显，患者不仅生存率低，生活质量也会受到明显影响。中医药治疗是胃癌综合治疗的一部分，中医药治疗具有减轻放化疗副反应、降低并发症，控制肿瘤的复发转移等作用，可以提高胃癌的治疗有效率，延长患者生存期，提高生存质量。以下将对胃癌的中医药治疗方面进行阐述，以期为胃癌的中医药治疗提供参考。
