    【摘要】类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病，多数患者常以关节肿痛、晨僵等症状起病。该病会引起严重的关节滑膜炎症，对心、肺、肾等内脏的侵害以及诸多并发症，对患者的生活质量造成了严重的影响。RA属于中医的“痹病”范畴，中医对应病名为“尪痹”，根据相关文献资料显示，80%的患者会在患病后表现出不同程度的关节损害，轻者关节疼痛，甚者关节僵硬变形，严重影响生活；40%的患者[1]将会在发病后的10年内无法正常工作以及生活。本文从对最新指南的解读以及葛香苔主任的临床经验总结两个方面，阐述中西医结合治疗RA的疗效，为RA的临床诊疗分享治疗经验。
