    【摘要】目的：讨论寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎以宣痹健膝汤加减联合温针灸治疗的效果。方法：取2020年10月—2021年10月我院寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者100例，随机分成：对照、观察两组(各50例)。对照组常规西药治疗，观察组宣痹健膝汤加减联合温针灸治疗，比较两组的治疗有效率、膝关节功能、中医症状积分。结果：观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组；各膝关节症状评分与各项中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：宣痹健膝汤加减联合温针灸的价值可观，对寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者有着良好的治疗成效，膝关节功能和临床症状均得到了明显改善，值得肯定。
