    【摘要】结直肠息肉(Colorectal polyps)是结直肠癌的初始形成和演变阶段，而腺瘤型结直肠息肉被公认是典型的大肠癌癌前病变。目前其发生发展的病因仍不明确，内镜下诊断和切除仍是其主要的诊疗手段。易复发，难预防是当前的主要问题。本文简述了中医药对肠息肉病因病机的认识及临床治疗现况，以期对相关临床研究提供参考。

    【Abstract】Colorectal polyps(CP) are the initial formation and evolution stage of colorectal cancer， and adenomatous colorectal polyps are considered to be a typical precancerous condition of colorectal cancer. At present， the etiology of its occurrence and development is still unclear， and endoscopic diagnosis and resection are still the main means of diagnosis and treatment.
