    【摘要】糖尿病归属于中医的“消渴”病的范畴，是一种常见的慢性病，本篇论述2例2型糖尿病患者的诊治，佟杰教授认为该病的基本病因病机是阴虚燥热，阴虚日久伤肺，此为上消，予以玉液汤益气滋阴。同时阴虚日久造成血瘀，故给予六味地黄丸加当归地黄汤，滋阴补肾、活血化瘀，结合运用治疗糖尿病的相关西药，临床疗效显著，其为临床治疗糖尿病提供了新思路。笔者有幸跟师，兹以总结，以示其治。
