    【摘要】目的：研究家庭干预对孤独症儿童康复效果的影响。方法：选取50例孤独症患儿，均为我县康复护理院2022年1月—2023年7月时间段内所收治，按抽签法做随机分组，分为对照组(常规护理，25例)与干预组(家庭干预，25例)，比较两组的孤独症症状评分与康复总有效率。结果：与对照组比较，干预组干预后的各项孤独症症状评分均更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；相较于对照组的60.00%的总有效率，干预组取得的康复总有效率96.00%明显更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：家庭干预应用于孤独症患儿康复中的效果显著，能有效地缓解消除其症状，促进其康复，值得推广应用。
