    【摘要】目的：研究治疗传染性单核细胞增多症患儿中应用更昔洛韦的临床效果和不良症状。方法：我院选取2021年8月—2022年8月就诊的100例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿，经随机数字表法进行组别划分，分别为50例对照组(a-干扰素治疗)和50例研究组(更昔洛韦治疗)，对组间的治疗后白细胞计数、临床指标和不良反应情况进行分析。结果：治疗后，研究组的白细胞计数较对照组改善；且研究组的各个临床指标优于对照组；不良反应情况比较，研究组数值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：应用更昔洛韦治疗传染性单核细胞增多症患儿具有重要作用，总体效果较高，能降低不良症状的产生，适合推广。
