    【摘要】目的：探讨预见性儿童健康保健在早产儿体格及神经心理发育中的应用效果。方法：选择2021年10月—2022年10月本社区卫生服务中心辖区内的60例早产儿为本次研究对象，随机数字表法分组，观察组及对照组，均30例。对照组予以常规保健护理，观察组给予预见性儿童健康保健。比较两组早产儿体格、神经心理发育、家属满意评价。结果：观察组体重等体格发育指标更优(P<0.05)。观察组社交行为等5项DQ评分、MDI评分、PDI评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组沟通能力等5项早产儿家属满意评价更高(P<0.05)。结论：预见性儿童健康保健在早产儿体格及神经心理发育中具有积极的促进作用，整体效果理想，值得推广应用。
