    【摘要】目的：研究在儿童上消化道异物患儿治疗中，采取电子胃镜进行治疗的临床价值。方法：选取本院儿童上消化道异物患儿作为研究对象，例数合计36例，选取时间2022年2月—2023年2月，根据患儿的治疗方法将其分为两组，每组18例。一组采用常规电子胃镜对患儿进行治疗(对照组)，另一组采用无痛电子胃镜对患儿进行治疗(观察组)，对两组患儿的临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果：观察组患儿临床治疗效果，明显优于对照组，差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：采用电子胃镜，对儿童上消化道异物患儿进行治疗时，无痛电子胃镜，可提高患儿的治疗有效率，控制患儿的各项生命体征指标，还有助于降低患儿的不良反應发生率，具有很好的临床价值，值得进行临床推广。
