    【摘要】目的：探究延续性随访护理对门诊人流术后患者自护能力的影响。方法：于2021年8月—2023年5月时间段内，进入本院门诊实行无痛人流手术终止妊娠的患者共有62例，均作为研究对象。基于信封法，将其进行等比例随机分组处理，对照组实行常规随访护理，观察组实行延续性随访护理。评定两组患者避孕知识掌握情况、自我效能和自护能力、护理满意度状况。结果：观察组患者护理后的避孕知识掌握度评分和自我效能评分均较对照组更优(P<0.05)；观察组自护知识、自护技能、自护责任意识、自我概念维度的自我能力评分均较对照组更高(P<0.05)；观察组护理满意率相比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论：延续性随访护理应用在门诊人流手术患者护理中，效果显著，可有效提高患者避孕知识，增强自我效能和自我护理能力，保证护理满意度。
