    【摘要】目的：探究全面护理模式对改善胆结石病患者术后康复效果的影响。方法：选取我院60例胆结石病手术患者，时间介于 2022年1月—2022年12月，随机分组，各为30例，对照组术后实施常规护理，观察组术后在常规护理基础上实施全面护理。结果：干预后，观察组VAS低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间均呈更短显示(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论：对胆结石病患者实施全面护理干预，可有效缓解术后疼痛感，缩短疼痛持续时间，降低疼痛次数，并加快患者胃肠功能恢复，改善其术后生活质量，提升护理满意度。
