    【摘要】目的：探究重症颅脑外伤急诊手术患者应用优化急救护理流程的救治效果。方法：将我院自2021年2月—2023年2月收治的50例重症颅脑外伤急诊手术患者纳入研究。采用盲摸双色球法均分为实验组、参照组，各25例。参照组行一般护理，实验组加用优化急救护理流程护理。比较两组的救治情况、不良事件发生情况。结果：实验组救治情况及不良事件发生情况均优于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：重症颅脑外伤急诊手术患者应用优化急救护理流程能够改善救治情况，减少不良事件发生，值得推广及应用。
