    【摘要】目的：分析对接受全膝关节置换术治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行术后疼痛护理对疗效的影响。方法：病例样本均为膝关节骨性关节炎患者，且均在我院进行全膝关节置换治疗，从2020年1月起筛选病例，到2022年12月选出68例。对病例做随机数字分组，进而归为对照组(n=34/常规护理)和观察组(n=34/疼痛护理)，以量表测定患者的疼痛程度、术后的功能水平、对生活的影响。结果：VAS分数的显著差异体现在护理后的两组之间，观察组明显较低(P<0.05)；观察组在护理后的HSS分比对照组高(P<0.05)；比较Brathel指数，观察组亦相对更高(P<0.05)。结论：膝关节骨性关节炎患者的全膝关节置换效果受护理工作的影响，术后积极开展疼痛护理可减轻痛楚，可改善膝关节及生活能力。
