    【摘要】目的：探讨基于营养支持的加速康复外科护理在肝癌患者围术期中的应用价值。方法：选择2021年6月—2023年5月泗洪医院接受基于营养支持的速康复外科护理的37例肝癌切除手术患者作为观察组，选择2019年6月—2021年5月接受常规护理的36例肝癌切除手术患者作为对照组，比较术后7日营养状况，术后胃肠功能恢复情况与并发症发生率的差异。结果：观察组术后7日Hb、Alb、TRF、PA、RBC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)；术后首次肛门排气时间与首次排便时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)；术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：基于营养支持的围手术期加速康复外科护理可以改善肝癌手术患者术后营养状态，促进术后康复，降低术后并发症的发生。
