    【摘要】目的：探讨综合护理干预对手(足)指离断伤患者生活质量及功能恢复的影响分析。方法：收录于2020年10月—2023年10月，我院收治的106例手(足)指离断伤患者。采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组53例样本。对照组常规干预，观察组综合护理 ，分组探究干预的效果。结果：观察组指功能恢复优良率90.57%，对照组优良率75.47%，结果比较P<0.05。观察组生活质量有明显提高，结果比较P<0.05。观察组患者满意度92.45%，对照组71.70%，结果比较P<0.05。观察组情绪状态更稳定，负面情绪较轻，结果比较P<0.05。结论：综合护理干预能够满足手(足)指离断伤患者的多样化需求，促使患者指功能尽早恢复，对提升患者的生活质量具有积极作用。
