    【摘要】目的：探究无张力疝修补术应用于老年人腹股沟疝的护理方式和护理效果。方法：将70例老年人腹股沟疝患者纳入本次研究中，收取时间段在2021年1月—2023年5月，根据不同护理方式分组，一组观察组采用围术期护理、一组对照组采用常规护理，每组35例，再将两组各项指标进行对比。结果：观察组围术期指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率和对照组相比更低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对老年人腹股沟疝开展无张力疝修补术治疗的同时给予其针对性的护理干预，能够有效改善患者预后，缩短患者住院时间，值得研究和推广。
