    【摘要】目的：探讨在慢性支气管炎并肺气肿患者治疗中，为其提供系统性护理的价值。方法：以EXCEL表格统计2022年7月—2023年6月范围内在本院确诊为慢性支气管炎并肺气肿的54例患者研究，以随机数字表法分两组，一组接受常规护理(对照)，一组接受系统性护理(观察)。统计两组肺功能、生活质量、心理状态。结果：较对照而言，观察组FEV1、PEF、FVC升高(P<0.05)；观察组统计的生活质量评分升高(P<0.05)；观察组统计的焦虑、抑郁评分下降(P<0.05)。结论：在慢性支气管炎并肺气肿患者治疗中，为其提供系统性护理方案可改善患者肺功能，减轻疾病及治疗对患者生活质量及心理状态的影响。
