    【摘要】目的：探讨分析循证护理在脑梗死护理中的实施效果。方法：选择2022年10月—2023年10月院內就诊脑梗死患者80例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分组，对照组40例采取常规护理，研究组40例采取循证护理，对比分析两组护理结局。结果：研究组护理后认知功能评分，优于对照组(P<0.05)；对比两组护理前Barthel评分、QOL评分，无统计学差异(P>0.05)；研究组护理后Barthel评分、QOL评分，优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对脑梗死患者采取循证护理，提高认知能力，促进生活自理能力、生活质量恢复，临床价值显著。
