    【摘要】目的：對老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中实施品质链护理模式的效果进行刍议。方法：我院2022年3月—2023年2月抽取180例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，采用随机抽签法将其分为试验组与对照组，每组90例。试验组为患者提供品质链护理服务模式、对照组为患者提供常规护理服务模式，比较两组老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理效果。结果：(1)试验组和对照组的护理满意度分别为95.56%和86.67%，两组组间数据比较差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。(2)提供护理服务前两组心理评分情况比较差异没有统计学意义，P>0.05；提供护理服务后试验组的心理评分低于对照组，差异有统计学的意义，P<0.05。(3)提供护理服务前两组肺功能指标比较差异没有统计学意义，P>0.05；提供护理服务后试验组各项肺功能指标高于对照组，差异有统计学的意义，P<0.05。(4)试验组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中实施品质链护理服务模式，在提升患者护理满意度、生活质量的同时，还可以很好的改善患者的不良心理情绪和肺功能。
