    【摘要】目的：分析在糖尿病患者的护理中开展门诊建档教育护理管理模式的效果以及对患者血糖控制的影响。方法：选取2021年4月—2023年3月在我院门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者进行研究，共抽取200例患者，通过抽签的方式将其随机分为对照组与研究组，每组100例。为对照组患者开展常规门诊糖尿病随诊健康宣教护理，为研究组患者创建糖尿病专科门诊护理个人健康档案，实施一对一全程健康教育管理。对于不同组别患者管理前后的血糖指标进行比较。结果：管理前组间患者的血糖指标比较不存在明显统计学意义(P>0.05)；管理半年后组间血糖指标比较存在统计学意义，研究组患者血糖指标达标率高(P<0.05)。结论：糖尿病护理门诊建档教育管理模式的应用可有效控制患者的血糖水平，在临床中具有较高的推广价值。
