情景模拟教学法在产房助产护理带教中的应用探讨
黄绿 向莉【摘要】目的:探究产房助产护理带教中应用情景模拟教学法的效果。方法:选择本院接收的产房助产实习护士进行研究。共计60人,入院时间2021年1月—2022年12月。数字表法分组,均分两组。对照组30人,常规带教。观察组,30人,情景模拟教学法带教。比较两组带教前后个人能力差异;统计实习护士带教满意度;观察实习护士自我导向学习得分。结果:带教后,观察组个人能力得分、自我导向学习得分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组带教满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:产房助产护理带教中,情景模拟教学法应用效果良好,可提高实习护士个人能力,改善其自我导向,且实习护士对该带教模式的满意度高,值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying scenario simulation teaching method in midwifery nursing teaching. Methods: Select the midwifery intern nurses accepted by our hospital for research. A total of 60 people were admitted from November 2021 to December 2022.
