    【摘要】目的：探究产房助产护理带教中应用情景模拟教学法的效果。方法：选择本院接收的产房助产实习护士进行研究。共计60人，入院时间2021年1月—2022年12月。数字表法分组，均分两组。对照组30人，常规带教。观察组，30人，情景模拟教学法带教。比较两组带教前后个人能力差异；统计实习护士带教满意度；观察实习护士自我导向学习得分。结果：带教后，观察组个人能力得分、自我导向学习得分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组带教满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论：产房助产护理带教中，情景模拟教学法应用效果良好，可提高实习护士个人能力，改善其自我导向，且实习护士对该带教模式的满意度高，值得推广。
