    【摘要】目的：探究门诊药剂师强化用药指导在高血压患者用药过程中的运用价值。方法：采集2020年1月—2022年1月本院收治的96例高血压患者临床资料进行探究。根据用药指导情况分为常规组(48例，门诊常规用药指导)与强化组(48例，门诊药剂师强化用药指导)，比较两组指导效果。结果：强化组血压水平低于常规组，血压达标率95.83%高于常规组83.33%，血压稳定时间(8.69±2.77)d短于常规组(12.04±2.25)d，认知与行为评分高于常规组，风险事件发生率4.17%低于常规组16.67%，数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：门诊药剂师强化用药指导可在一定程度上提高血压控制效果，改善患者认知与行为状况，减少风险事件发生率。
