    【摘要】宫颈球囊属于助产器械，内部不含有药物，借助机械刺激来对胎头进行模拟，从而压迫产妇的宫颈，促进其扩张与成熟。球囊采用硅胶材质，可对多种不同的宫颈管轮廓进行适应，为产妇带来较为温和且持久的扩张力，有效实现顺产。本文总结了宫颈球囊扩张技术在产妇助产护理中发挥出的降低剖宫产率、预防不良事件以及缩短产程的优势，并分析了其在瘢痕子宫产妇助产护理等方面的应用，以此来为提升助产护理质量提供参考思路。
