    【摘要】艾滋病病毒是一种人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)，检测HIV病毒感染对艾滋病的预防和治疗具有重要意义。目前，广泛采用的检测方法有胶体金法、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)和核酸扩增试验等。本文介绍了艾滋病病毒临床症状以及对这几种艾滋病病毒感染实验检测方法进行探讨。

    Study on experimental detection methods of AIDS virus infection

    【Abstract】AIDS virus is a kind of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)，the detection of HIV infection is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of AIDS.The widely used detection methods currently included colloidal gold assay，enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)，gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA)and nucleic acid amplification assay.This article introduced the clinical symptoms of AIDS virus and discusses the experimental detection methods of these AIDS virus infections.
