    【摘要】目的：研讨螺旋CT和MR联合检测在女性盆腔囊性病变诊断中的效果。方法：取2020年1月—2023年6月我院盆腔囊性病变患者60例，均进行螺旋CT和MR联合检测，以最终的病理结果为参考(“金标准”)，分析诊断效果。结果：联合检测的疾病检出率较高，与“金标准”之间的差异较小(P>0.05)。同时，分析联合检测的准确率，其疾病分型的诊断准确率也较高，为98.31%。结论：以螺旋CT和MR联合检测，能够获得较准确的诊断结果，疾病检出率高，准确率也较高。
