    【摘要】目的：将糖尿病作为研究样本，采取对照研究法，探析利格列汀联合德谷胰岛素的临床效果。方法：在院内招募50例2021年1月—2022年12月入院的糖尿病患者，以信封法分成例数为25例的两组，对照组予以利格列汀治疗，观察组联合德谷胰岛素治疗，比较两组临床效果。结果：两组干预后FBG、2hPG、HbAlc、HOMA-IR均下降，且观察组降幅更大，HOMA-β均升高，且观察组升幅更大；临床疗效优良率观察组高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：在对糖尿病患者进行治疗时选择利格列汀联合德谷胰岛素用药方案兼具有效性与安全性，患者血糖控制良好，且胰岛素抵抗也可到改善。
