    【摘要】高血压是指血液对血管壁的压力值一直高于正常值的一种疾病，是临床上常见的一种慢性疾病。单纯西药治疗高血压有诸多局限性，常需长期用药，增加患者的经济负担，导致依从性降低。中医治疗高血压有丰富的临床经验，经过对临床上高血压患者病因的总结，我们发现有很多高血压患者的发病与寒邪侵袭有关，在治疗上运用发汗的方法以求正汗出，使邪从汗解，常常能取得较好的降压效果。现将汗法治疗寒邪闭阻型高血压的临床经验介绍如下。

    【Abstract】Hypertension is a kind of disease in which the pressure of blood to blood vessel wall is always higher than the normal value. Simple Western medicine treatment of hypertension has many limitations， often need long-term medication， increase the economic burden of patients， resulting in decreased compliance. We have rich clinical experience in the treatment of hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine. After summarizing the etiology of hypertension in clinic， we find that many patients with hypertension are related to the invasion of cold pathogen， in the treatment of perspiration， the method of positive perspiration is used to relieve the evil from perspiration. This article introduces the clinical experience of treating hypertension of cold pathogen blocking type with sweat therapy. ......
