    【摘要】近年来，高血压病在我国的患病率不断攀升，已经成为一种普遍的慢性心血管疾病，主要危害包括肾功能损伤、脑部损伤、心脏损伤等[1]。西医一直建议高血压患者长期服用降压药物，然而，这种做法可能会给患者的肝肾功能带来持久的不利影响，这也是当前医学界和患者面临的一个重大挑战。但单一的西药治疗多以降低血压及控制血压稳定性为主，未能从根本病因上消除导致患者血压异常波动的风险因素，治疗效果存在一定局限性。中医药对于许多高血压患者来说是一种有利的治疗方法，尤其是天麻钩藤饮，它能够有效缓解高血压症状，而且其疗效也十分明显，这一点也得到了临床研究和实践的验证。
