    【摘要】妊娠咳嗽亦称子嗽，主要是指孕妇在妊娠期间出现咳嗽或者出现咳嗽不止症状的疾病。西医治疗咳嗽一般采用镇咳、化痰等治疗方法，但因其可能影响中枢神经及母体内环境，危及妊娠安全，故临床多局限用药。而中医治疗妊娠咳嗽具有独到优势，尤其是初病时对证用药，往往数剂而愈，既能止咳，又可安胎，临床疗效显著且对孕妇及胎儿均无害，临床上可予以推广。
