    【摘要】目的：分析小儿支原体肺炎应用热毒宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗的效果。方法：本文纳入对象为我院2021年1月—2023年1月期间收治的小儿支原体肺炎患儿，共有90例。根据随机抽样分组法将患儿分为单独组与联合组，每组45例，单独组采用阿奇霉素治疗，联合组采用热毒宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组治疗前后的肺功能指标、症状好转时间、住院时长、治疗效果以及不良反应情况。结果：治疗前，两组肺功能指标比较未见差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，联合组肺功能指标高于单独组(P0.05)。结论：对于小儿支原体肺炎患儿，采用热毒宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗能够缓解发热症状，促进肺功能恢复，缩短住院时长，提高治疗效果，且不增加不良反应，值得借鉴。
