    【摘要】目的：探讨红细胞和血小板检测在糖尿病血管并发症中的应用。方法：选取我院2023年1月—2023年6月收治的160例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，根据是否合并血管并发症将其分为A组与B组，各80例。两组均实施血小板和红细胞检测，比较两组相关指标。结果：两组基线资料及血糖指标比较无显著差异(P>0.05)；两组血小板参数和红细胞参数比较差异明显(P>0.05)。结论：在糖尿病患者的血管病变进展中，血小板和红细胞的异常变化可能发挥了关键作用。
