    【摘要】目的：探究不同临床标本微生物检验阳性率的意义。方法：对本院2019年1月—2021年12月的所有血液标本、痰液标本、尿液标本、粪便标本和脓性分泌物标本进行整理分析，按年份将其分为2019年组、2020年组和2021年组，比较三组不同临床标本微生物检验阳性率。结果：2019年组、2020年组与2021年组微生物检验阳性率分别为12.34%、17.24%与16.91%；2019年组、2020年组与2021年组细菌总数量分别为738、1002与1433。结论：微生物检验阳性率可以作为临床感染的诊断依据，也为临床提供合理用药依据。
