    【摘要】目的：探讨五苓散联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗痰湿壅盛型高血压的效果。方法：选取2022年3月—2023年3月期间我院收治的30例痰湿壅盛型高血压患者，随机将其分为两组，对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采用五苓散治疗，两组均治疗1个月，比较两组血压水平和安全性。结果：治疗前，两组SBP及DBP水平比较无差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，研究组SBP及DBP水平均低于对照组(P0.05)。结论：对于痰湿壅盛型高血压患者，采取五苓散联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗的效果显著，可有效降低患者血压水平，并且安全性高，该方案临床应用价值高，值得推广。
