    【摘要】臧氏振腹疗法是推拿流派中脏腑推拿领域的重要分支之一，现已在内、外、妇、儿等各科收效颇丰，但对一些发病原因与脏腑失调相关的病症还未全部涉及，例如内伤头痛。因此，本文根据振腹疗法的学术思想，结合内伤头痛的病因病机，从补益元气和激发胃气的角度探讨与论证振腹疗法治疗因脏腑失调、气机逆乱所导致的内伤头痛的效果，以拓宽振腹疗法的应用，为内伤头痛提供新的治疗观点。
