    【摘要】目的：研究心脏康复护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年1月—2022年12月本院收治的40例冠心病患者為研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组，每组20例，研究组采用心脏康复护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组心率、METs、脉搏氧、ST段改变及LVEF。结果：护理后，研究组心率、METs值、脉搏氧及LVEF明显优于对照组，P0.05。结论：对冠心病患者实施心脏康复护理的效果显著，有助于改善患者心功能。
