    【摘要】文章从小儿体质特点出发，分析儿科常见疾病病因，并通过蝉蜕的性味归经、主治功效、取象比类思想及现代研究，探讨蝉蜕运用于儿科疾病的临床特点和优势。通过查阅近年小儿体质及易感疾病、蝉蜕的相关文献，总结归纳各医家经验学说，以脏腑辨证体系为框架，对蝉蜕在儿科疾病的应用进行综述并提出展望。

    【Abstract】This article starts from the childrens physical characteristics， analyzes the causes of common pediatric diseases， and discusses the clinical characteristics and advantages of cicada cicada decidua used in pediatric diseases through the nature and taste of cicada decidua， the efficacy of indications， the idea of taking the image ratio and modern research. By consulting the related literature on childrens constitution， susceptible diseases and cicada decidua in recent years， the experience and theory of doctors were summarized， and the application of cicada decidua in pediatric diseases was reviewed and prospected based on the framework of visceral syndrome differentiation system. ......
